What this site collects

This site has no forms, no client accounts, no analytics and no advertising cookies.

Like any website, it is served by a host, Vercel Inc. (United States), whose technical logs record the IP address, browser and pages visited. This data is used only to run and secure the site.

When you close the welcome window, your browser keeps a simple marker so it isn't shown again. It stays on your device and is never sent to us.

Google Maps

The map loads only if you click “Show the map”. Google may then collect your IP address and set cookies, under its own privacy policy.

Booking

Appointments are booked on Dikidi, an external platform hosted outside Quebec. The information you enter there (name, phone, email, chosen treatment) is used to manage your appointment and send you reminders. Dikidi processes it under its own privacy policy.

When you contact us

If you reach us by email, phone or Instagram, we use your details only to reply and keep them only as long as needed for that purpose.

Before / after photos

Result photos are published on this site with the written consent of each person shown. Consent can be withdrawn at any time, and the photo is then removed from the site.

Transfers outside Quebec

Some of our providers (hosting, booking, maps) store data outside Quebec. We never sell or rent personal information.

Your rights

You may request access to your personal information, its correction, that its dissemination stop, or withdraw your consent. Write to the person named above: we reply within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (cai.gouv.qc.ca).

Confidentiality incidents

If an incident presents a risk of serious injury, we notify the Commission d'accès à l'information and the people concerned.
